Ben’s accomplishments include supervising the installation of the world’s largest Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) wall and overseeing the relocation of a 10-story, 3-million-pound structure onto that same wall—both achieved with zero safety incidents. He has successfully managed multiple large-scale commercial projects, led a workforce of over 150 employees, and tracked more than 5,000 pieces of equipment across numerous job sites. His expertise also extends to tilt-up construction, ground utilities, road construction, storm drainage installation, bridge embankments, bridge demolition and reconstruction, GPS machine control modifications, and project bidding and estimating.
A firm believer in workplace safety and compliance, Ben has maintained a flawless safety record throughout his career. His extensive skill set covers electrical, framing, masonry, ventilation, welding, and metal casting, along with contract negotiation, vendor management, quality control, and strategic planning. His leadership ensures that every project meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Ben holds an A.S. in Agriculture and multiple industry certifications, including ISO 9000, Six Sigma Green Belt, OSHA 10, and OSHA 30. His commitment to safety excellence has earned him a safety award for four consecutive years.
